What is the Male G-Spot?

Male G-Spot? Is there such a thing? The answer is an unequivocal "YES." Quite simply, the Male G-Spot is the prostate, or more specifically, the prostate-perineum. What are they? The prostate is the male prostate gland and the perineum is a dime-sized soft spot between the anus and scrotum. The important nerves that control the sexual organs, including those controlling erection, orgasm, and ejaculation, converge at the prostate and the perineum area. This means that this area is essentially a man's "command center" for sexual pleasure. Massaging the prostate has been a way to maintain and increase sexual health for men since ancient times. Men who suffer from prostate diseases such as prostatitis and bph can get relief from these problems through regular prostate massages, usually given manually by a urologist.

Larry Clapp, PhD, JD in his book, Prostate Health in 90 Days Without Drugs Or Surgery writes: "Imagine a little bucket sitting inside your belly – that’s your bladder. Now picture, right below the bucket, a tiny chestnut – that’s your prostate. There’s a tube running out the bottom of the bucket, right down through the middle of the chestnut, top to bottom – that tube is your urethra. Water continually collects in your bladder (bucket). Every so often the muscles at the bottom of your bladder open up, while the muscles surrounding the bladder contract, squirting the urine into the urethra (tube), which runs through the prostrate (chestnut) and continues through the penis, all the way to the tip and out of the body, The chestnut-shaped prostrate sits right below the bladder and is wrapped around the urethra, but it has nothing to do with a man’s urinary apparatus. The prostate happens to be where it is only because it’s needed for ejaculation, and the ejaculate passes through the same urethra as the urine does. That’s why the prostate sits below the bladder, and that’s why prostate problems interfere with a man’s ability to urinate and to have sex."

"Situated right under the bladder, wrapped around the urethra, the prostate gland’s primary job is to add special fluid to the sperm before it shoots out the penis during ejaculation. Sperm is produced in the testicles. From the testicles it moves up into the epididymis, where it matures, then into the two small, muscular tubes called the vas deferens, which coil up and around the bladder, to the seminal vesicles. Finally, the sperm moves into the prostate – its last stop before being shot out of the body by the contraction of muscles in the testes, epididymis, vas deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate gland, and the base of the penis."

A LOOK AT THE PROSTATE

"One of the prostate’s main duties is to create the seminal fluid that mixes with and carries sperm out of the penis upon ejaculation. The prostate also helps to pump the semen and sperm with sufficient power out of a man’s body on its way to fertilizing a woman’s egg. This means that the prostate functions as both a gland and as a muscle. The prostate is also the nerve and emotional center of a man’s sex life and sexuality. It is the feeling center for sexual pleasure, disappointments, stresses, feelings of inadequacy, immorality, hates, and dislikes. Unreleased emotions of this nature, stored in the prostate, are an important source of prostate problems."

Question

"Do men have a G spot?"

"My question is.......don't men have a G spot? If so where on earth would I locate it?"

"This is great to know about the female G-spot, but don't men have a G-spot, their prostate, in their anus? How do I excite this? What does it do? How do I get my wife to want to stick her finger up there?"

"We are a 30 year old couple who has recently become aware of the male prostate gland as a sexual organ. My partner has tried to stimulate my prostate gland but cannot seem to find it. Could you give us a detailed description of how to do this, including the position we should use and what lubricant is best for anal entry. Can a man cum solely from such stimulation?"
"Hi doc, I suffer from prostatitis, can this tool help me to treat this thing?"

"Is the male G-Spot really located actually inside the anus? or is it in its own position?"

Thank you all for your questions. Yes. Men do have a G "Spot" just the same as women. It is called the prostate gland and is responsible for creating prostatic fluid that, with sperm from the testes, becomes the male ejaculate. Like with women, the male prostate gland completely surrounds the urethra just slightly below the base of the scrotum. For purposes of massage and pleasure, it can be reached through either the upper wall of the anus or by placing pressure from the outside at a spot at the perineum (located between the scrotum and the anal opening). A lubricant with higher viscosity than those normally used as vaginal lubricants is recommended.

While men in our culture have been reluctant to experience prostate massage due to negative ideas about anal activity, men who have had the courage to go beyond their negative programming often report great pleasure and expanded full body orgasms from prostate stimulation. There is also an argument, which has not yet been scientifically proven, that regular prostate massage can keep the gland supple and avoid hardening that may lead to higher incidents of prostate cancer.

While I find that there is never a substitute for human contact, many men feel more comfortable exploring their prostate glands on their own. The Aneros products, as well as The Crystal Wand can be excellent tools for men to explore the pleasure that can come from prostate massage. Also, we offer an excellent ebook, Male G-Spot Orgasm, that will teach you how to enhance your pleasure. - Doctor G

Movie Review
Review of
Uranus

This is an important sex education DVD from Joseph Kramer of the Erospirit Research Institute. I enthusiastically applaud Joseph Kramer for this effort. This DVD should be seen by all men, straight, gay or bi. And many of these techniques can be used by women as well. The tone is clinically erotic, with explicit displays of all exercises. The gentleman modeling the techniques is enthusiastic and beautifully natural as he shares his passion for loving himself. It is well made and seamlessly edited with pleasing music. The information that Kramer gives, if followed, can lead to much greater sexual pleasure, as well as the prospect of better prostate and intestinal health.

As Kramer points out, "To be a great lover, a man must first be intimate with himself, fearlessly exploring the pleasures and sensations of his own body." He is absolutely right about this and the exercises and suggestions that are made in the DVD can actually work for both men and women to open up to new awarenesses for deeper, full-bodied relaxation, to become better lovers and receivers, both with a partner and in their self pleasuring.

I strongly encourage men to give themselves an opportunity to move past any old homophobic taboos as they watch this DVD, to learn more about their bodies. Anal sphincter constriction can lead to elimination problems as well as affecting the musculature and health of the pelvic girdle and the overall spine. Many men are terrified of attention to the rectum due to clinical anal exams and/or the fiberoptic diagnostic devices inserted in their asses. What I mean is that many men are not getting regular prostate exams or having sigmoidoscopies and colonoscopies performed that might detect the early presence of prostate and colon problems. As more men give themselves permission to learn more about their bodies and pleasure, they can demand that doctors and nurses be gentler when giving these tests.

One note of caution as enthusiasts begin to explore these techniques at home. Please go slowly and gently, remembering to allow your body and anus to deeply relax so that any contact feels pleasureable and erotic. This will ensure that your explorations will be pleasant and rewarding. With tenderness, care and a sense of adventure, the techniques in Kramer's Uranus: Self Anal Massage for Men will open doors to a whole new world of erotic pleasure and greater health. Doctor G recommends it wholeheartedly - go for it!

Warning! This DVD is not for the faint of heart or timid but it will help increase your pleasure!!!!
