The Male G-Spot - The Prostate &
Massage
"What is the Male G-Spot?"
Male G-Spot? Is there such a thing? The answer is an unequivocal "YES."
Quite simply, the Male G-Spot is the prostate, or more specifically, the
prostate-perineum. What are they? The prostate
is the male prostate gland, and the perineum is a dime-sized soft
spot between the anus and scrotum. The important nerves that control the
sexual organs, including those controlling erection, orgasm, and ejaculation,
converge at the prostate and the perineum area. This means that this area
is essentially a man's "command center" for sexual pleasure. Massaging
the prostate has been a way to maintain and increase sexual health for
men since ancient times. Men who suffer from prostate diseases such as
prostatitis and bph can get relief from these problems through regular
prostate massages, usually given manually
by a urologist.
So what does this have to do with the Aneros?
The medically researched and designed Aneros was originally created to
safely and effectively massage the prostate,
relieve congested prostate fluid, and promote general prostate health.
It is anatomically tailored to the male body. When it was initially released,
the Aneros worked like designed and greatly improved the quality of lives
for many of our customers. However, in addition to reporting improved
prostate health, many of our users reported experiencing unbelievable
orgasms and unique pleasure that, while different from a traditional penile
orgasm, could only be described as "orgasmic."
Non-ejaculatory, full-body shaking, continuous
orgasms which can come in waves of minutes at a time are possible with
the Aneros.
We've had many users report that in the midst of their orgasms their
beds shake uncontrollably, they lose all sense of time, and that they
make "fierce" animal noises. "Growl like
a bear" seems to be a popular reaction to the pleasure received
from using the Aneros.
Our enthusiasts have said that the "Super Orgasms" received from using
the Aneros Massager are on a completely different level, both physically
and spiritually, from traditional penile orgasms. However, using the Aneros
and a penile orgasm are not mutually exclusive. In fact, many couples
use the Aneros during intercourse. Because the Aneros also promotes sexual
health, the Aneros has been reported to have a "Viagra-like"
effect during intercourse and also enhances the strength of a traditional
orgasm.

The Maximus is the larger cousin of the
MGX and SGX and delivers a "full" prostate massage for mind blowing
results.
True to its name, the Maximus is the largest
prostate stimulator we offer.
Similar in shape to the MGX and SGX, the Maximus
is intended for those looking for a "fuller" experience. It provides
greater pressure throughout the rectum and is a little more difficult
to insert due to its size.
Although it is difficult to say exactly which
model is best for any given individual, we would recommend this
only for more experienced users who are seeking greater pressure.
Specifications:
1 1/16” diameter at tip, circ. = 3.34”
1 1/8” diameter at mid-ridge, circ. = 3.53”

The Aneros Helix has an angled head and
thin stem for greater pivoting mobility, resulting in incredible
pleasure.
The Aneros Helix is aggressively shaped and
angled. This model provides immediate pressure and tension on the
prostate and surrounding area. Destined to become the new standard
because it requires less patience and practice to realize benefits.
In terms of dimensions, the Helix is larger
at the tip (1 1/16" versus 0.9" on the MGX) and more angled to provide
a more vigorous massage. However, the mid-ridge is slightly smaller
(1/16" smaller) on the Helix. All reports about the Helix have been
wonderful!

How to Use the Aneros
Preparation
1. To insure hygienic operation, make sure the rectum is empty
before use. The rectum is generally empty, but we recommend rinsing
the rectum with a rectal syringe – commonly available at your
local pharmacy.
2. Lie on either side and bend the knees close
to the stomach. This is intended to allow you to relax and to best
orient the massager towards the prostate.
3. Apply a liberal
amount of lubricant to the anus and to the Aneros Massager. This step
is important because the Aneros functions best when suspended within
this fluid environment.
Stage 1 – Relaxation and
Concentration
Position the Aneros Massager so that the perineum abutment (tab
top of the thicker, upturned arm) will press against the perineum
acupressure spot when the Aneros Massager is fully inserted into the
anus. The thinner, curled arm should be oriented towards the
back.
Slowly insert the Aneros Massager about one half of the
way into the anus; it will then be drawn the rest of the way into the
rectum and accurately position itself against the prostate with the
perineum abutment pressing firmly against the perineum acupressure
spot. The anal canal, front wall of the rectum, prostate, and the
perineum acupressure point will be stimulated simultaneously by the
Aneros Massager. At this time, many inexperienced users will feel the
urge to urinate. IMPORTANT: * The perineum abutment (top of front
arm) should always press against the perineum during use. It is very
important to keep the Aneros Massager facing in the proper direction.
If you insert the Aneros Massager backwards, you can not correctly
stimulate the involved sex organs. This will drastic-ally reduce the
effectiveness of the Aneros Massager.
To ensure that the
Aneros Massager is properly inserted, use the handle/guide to
position the perineum abutment against the perineum acupressure spot.
The perineum acupressure spot is located between the anus and the
scrotum, usually 1.5 to 2 inches from the anus toward the
scrotum.
Keep the perineum area dry to ensure the perineum
abutment won’t slip from the perineum acupressure spot.
When
the Aneros Massager is fully drawn into the anus, you will initially
feel the pressure of the foreign object. For best results, allow 10
to 20 minutes for relaxation. During this time, we recommend
meditative breathing exercises.
Slowly inhale for 4 – 8
seconds, hold this breath for several seconds, now slowly exhale for
4 – 8 seconds. Relax and concentrate on the sensations in the
anal area. The anus will accommodate the Aneros Massager and the
foreign sensation will fade. Release all tensions and expectations
with each exhalation.
Stage 2 - Contraction Exercises
Now that you are fully relaxed and building awareness of the
sensations inside the anal canal, you are ready to begin the
contraction exercises. Continue to breath slowly and begin to
contract the sphincter muscle in time with your breathing. Inhale
deeply as you contract the muscles and exhale as you relax. Repeat
this exercise 20 - 30 times. Now your body is ready to achieve a new
kind of orgasm.
Note: This exercise strengthens the anal
sphincter and increases the blood circulation to the region.
Increased circulation results in fresh supplies of oxygen and
constant purging of toxins. Thus, these exercises will not only tone
the lower tracts but cleanse them as well. Sexual sensitivity will
also increase.
Now you can begin to touch your body wherever
you feel sexually sensitive, these actions will add to your pleasure.
However, avoid stimulating the penis at this time, as it may cause
ejaculation.
Concentrate your mind on your prostate. Slowly
contract your anal sphincter to about one fourth to half of full
con-traction strength and maintain this level of contraction. Holding
this level of contraction is difficult - anal muscles will quiver and
may spasm causing a vibration that corresponds to the muscle’s
involuntary movements. This dynamic inter-action between the
voluntary and involuntary muscular contractions is important in
achieving hands-free ejaculation. Because the Aneros Massager is
suspended unstably within the anal canal, the slightest muscular
action and even the pulsing of blood vessels infiltrating the anal
canal and surrounding the prostate is detected by the Aneros and
directly transmitted to the anal canal, prostate and the perineum
acupressure point. These sensations are positively relayed back to
the anus, and this chain reaction accelerates to a nearly explosive
point. During this session, it is possible to adjust the location of
the Aneros by slightly increasing or decreasing your contraction
strength. In this manner, you may position the Aneros Massager to a
point most preferable to you. In conjunction with the degree of
pressure applied to the perineum acupressure point, all points along
the front wall of the rectum from the anus to the ampulla of vas
above the prostate will reflect different types and degrees of
pleasurable sensations. This area is a treasure trove of erogenous
stimuli.
Gentle anal contraction is more likely to cause anal
orgasms, whereas stronger contractions will lead to
prostate-generated orgasms or a combination of sensations.
Note:
At this time, lubricant plays an important role to keep the Aneros
Massager as slippery as possible so that the massager’s
movement is easily effected by the anal sphincter’s
actions. During this practice many people feel a strange sensation
described in the section "Things To Expect While Using the
Aneros massager" above.
Make a strong contraction of your
anal sphincter. As you increase the strength of the contraction, the
Aneros Massager will be drawn deeper toward the prostate as it moves
in a stroking motion with increasing pressure. The perineum abutment
accordingly increases the pressure on the perineum acupressure point.
During this practice you can lie on your back and push your hips down
against a surface if you like. This helps the Aneros add more
pressure against the prostate and the perineum.
Stage 3 – Prolonging the Pleasure
When the Aneros Massager gets you to that pinnacle where
ejaculation feels imminent, try to stay at this point by controlling
the degree of your sphincter contractions. The deep feeling gradually
increases and accumulates to the peak point. The muscles of your
whole body are contracted and shaken by this strong orgasm without
ejaculation. This orgasm comes repeatedly like ocean waves. The
duration of this peak orgasm is probably longer (more than 2 minutes)
and stronger than a normal ejaculatory orgasm, and this orgasm has a
sharp peak rising from a continuous higher plateau stage. At this
apex, most of your glands, including your salve gland and anal
secretion gland, prepare for ejaculation, but your penis does not
ejaculate. It is a superior and different experience.
Another
remarkable thing about this orgasm is that it is physically
controllable. This means you can achieve this orgasm as many times as
you want by controlling the anal sphincter and regulating body
tension. Also, unlike the penis ejaculatory orgasm, each of these
orgasms will have a different signature. Consequently, it is possible
for you to experience several different kinds of orgasms in one
session.
Note: Your body is completely responsible for
manipulating the mechanism of the Aneros Massager. You can in effect
turn "off" the device by completely relaxing your
sphincter, and turn it "on" by contracting your sphincter.
In this manner, it is possible to prolong and build up the effect of
the subsequent orgasm.
Stage 4 – Penile Stimulation
Now you may stimulate the penis glans if you prefer. This will
bring you close to the threshold of ejaculation. When you feel
ejaculation to be imminent, immediately stop penile stimulation to
avoid ejaculation and quickly add more tension to the sphincter,
muscles controlling erection, and your entire body.
Contract
your anal sphincter together with the penis erection muscles as
strong as you can. This practice will cause more blood to flow
through your penis. You will actually feel your penis expanding and
swelling. Keep this contraction as long as you can. This is very good
practice to maximize prolonged expanded erection of your penis
without a vacuum pump, penis ring, etc.
Note: For best
results, bend the knees close to the stomach, squeeze the scrotum
between the inner thighs (you can cross your thighs to squeeze more)
then stretch your legs so that the penis skin and the scrotum are
pulled back toward the base. It seems like the penis itself is
stretched out, increasing its hardness and sensitivity. You may feel
some pleasurable tautness caused by the stress added to the skin. As
you approach orgasm, you will feel a contraction-like movement within
the testicles.
Some people have ejaculatory orgasms without
penile glans stimulation. Sometimes, just the tension applied to the
penile skin will cause ejaculation. Ejaculatory orgasm can be easily
achieved through stimulation of the penis glans.
You may also
choose to have intercourse while using the Aneros Massager. This kind
of ejaculation should be the strongest. When you reach the point of
no return, you will feel your anus begin to pump rhythmically,
relaxing and contracting several times before the start of
ejaculation. During the ejaculation, the strong orgasmic contractions
will cause the Aneros Massager to stroke the prostate and other vital
sex organs with each contraction. This action will completely empty
your prostate of fluid. The strength and the amount of the
ejaculation will be far greater than that achieved by any other
conventional sexual technique.
Stage 5 – Altered States of Euphoria
For the advanced user:
To build upon the preceding
practices you must gain a greater awareness of your mind and body -
and learn to integrate this awareness into practice. The most sublime
orgasms are achieved when you do so without penile stimulation and
without exerting external force upon the Aneros. To achieve these
results, you must concentrate on using and feeling the sphincter
contractions to slowly and methodically control the movement of the
Aneros and other muscles of the body.
Begin by slowly
increasing tension to the anal sphincter as you stretch your legs and
arc your body, adding complete body muscle tension as strongly as you
can. Perform these movements slowly, keeping your mind focused on the
variations of sensation throughout your body.
Try to increase
body tension to the point where your muscles are quivering but not
cramping. Continue with the contractions of the sphincter - first
slowly, then more quickly. Maintain synchronized breathing as much as
possible - If the muscles begins to tire, try to hold the contraction
at less than maximum (i.e. Don't tense up) for several seconds at a
time. You can gauge this by attempting to stabilize the pressure that
the perineum tab exerts solely by contracting the sphincter. This may
take some practice.
Avoid direct stimulation of the penis.
Continue to add more whole-body muscle tension until this practice
brings you to the threshold of ejaculation. Just before that point,
adjust or loosen your body tension to remain balanced upon that
threshold, without passing over to the point of ejaculation.
Immediately after you halt ejaculation, another new kind of strong
orgasm will appear. The source of this orgasm is shifted from the
prostate to the anus (this phenomenon will appear only when you come
close to the threshold of ejaculation without touching your penis).
This orgasmic peak will continue for several minutes, much different
from the typical ejaculatory orgasm. In this manner, an extended,
more powerful orgasm can be experienced. Many users have reportedly
entered into euphoric and altered states of consciousness during this
phase.

What is the Aneros Stimulator?
The Aneros Stimulator is one of a kind!! It is medically researched, designed and patented. Specifically, Aneros is designed in accordance with modern scientific knowledge of anatomy combined with ancient Oriental awareness of erogenous zones and pleasure centers. The Aneros Stimulator pleases all of your neglected erogenous zones at once. Once the Aneros is inserted, it naturally seeks out the prostate gland (the Male G-Spot) while the perineum abutment gently massages the acupressure spot related to the pudendal nerves. This plexus of nerves is largely responsible for distributing sensations of pleasure throughout the uro-genital area.
Is this just another anal device?
No. The Aneros Stimulator is a patented prostate-perineum massager. It is not a toy! The Aneros Stimulator is different in both concept and design. Though other anal devices are sexual tools for penetration and fullness, the Aneros is designed to specifically massage the male G-Spot! This prostate-perineum massage leads to a completely different category of orgasm - A unique, full-body orgasm that is incomparable with anything else. Whether you have previous experience with anal pleasure or not, Aneros is for you. Check out our testimonials section.
Is there a forum where I can discuss my experiences with your product?
Yes there is. Please visit our discussion forum and share your experiences with others.
What is the perineum acupressure spot?
It is a dime-sized spot located between the scrotum and the opening of the anus. It is situated about 1 1/2 to 2 inches from the opening of the anus. Beneath this spot, inside the body, lies a nerve center that is largely responsible for the transmission of signals (of pleasure) throughout the genital region. Aneros stimulates these nerves, while simultaneously stimulating nerves inside the anus and the prostate gland.
Doesn't prostate massage hurt? I've heard that it's painful.
Gentle massage of the prostate, such as the type that the Aneros provides, should not be uncomfortable in any way. On the contrary, it is actually healthy and extremely pleasurable (Take a look at our testimonials page). Sometimes when prostate massage is performed digitally, the pressure can be too great because the doctor will often squeeze the prostate in an attempt to provoke drainage.
I have a medical condition involving the prostate and/or the penis. Will the Aneros still work for me?
Please contact your medical doctor prior to your use of the Aneros massager. For many conditions, we feel that the Aneros will be beneficial. We also advise that you contact the support staff if you have any specific questions.
Is Aneros difficult to insert or use in any way?
The Aneros is extremely simple to use. With a liberal application of lubricant, and a relaxed and open state of mind, anyone can use it. Once inserted, the Aneros should feel quite comfortable. However, it is important to relax and to allow enough time to become accustomed to its presence before beginning the contractions. After this point, attentiveness and patience are required in order to experience the full extent of the incredible feelings of pleasure that the Aneros will provide.
How should it be inserted? Which way is the front?
The Aneros, when inserted, should tilt forward. The curled arm (handle) should fit between the buttocks, and the upturned arm should touch the perineum, which is between the anus and the scrotum .
Should I use lubricant with the Aneros? If so, what kind?
Proper use of lubricant is very important for several reasons: ease of insertion, overall comfort during use, and proper functioning of Aneros. Both the rectum and the Aneros should be well-lubricated so that the massager glides in easily and is able to move freely throughout the massage. Insufficient lubrication could also cause discomfort. If this results, discontinue use or remove and reapply lubricant.
Our studies showed that I-D Glide (a sample of which is include in your order) provides sustained lubrication without breakdown. Another well-known brand that works fine is KY brand. We recommend water-based as opposed to petroleum-based lubricants, and we advise against the use of heating or warming oils due to the sensitive nature of the tissues inside the rectum.
What are the dimensions of the Aneros?
The Aneros is anatomically designed to stimulate the Male G-Spot. It is approximately one inch in diameter and has an insertion length of approximately four inches. Remember, it is designed for comfort and effectiveness.
Is this the right size for me?
Despite differences in height, weight and other physical characteristics, the location of the prostate gland - 2 to 3 inches inside the anus - is the same in approximately 98% of all men. By having an insertion length of four inches, the Aneros compensates for differences in physical dimensions. Remember the money-back guarantee!!
What is the best position for using the Aneros?
Based upon our research and reports from other customers, the most effective position is a side position. Lie down on your right side (for some reason people seem to prefer right over left) and pull your left knee up towards your waist. Both legs should be bent, with the left more so. It's a very easy and comfortable position to assume. The same position can be done while lying on the left side. However, some experimentation may be required in order to find what is most effective for you. Explore to discover what you like best. As a side note, ESO: Extending Sexual Orgasm, by Brauer & Brauer is a very good reference for information and illustrations
How often should I use the Aneros?
We suggest using the Aneros 2 to 3 times per week for up to 30 minutes per session. However, we have also received many reports of people using the massager for an hour or more. Usage time may vary per individual, however, the device needs to be properly lubricated, for both comfort and effectiveness. This may require extra lubrication for extended usage times. Most importantly: if the Aneros becomes uncomfortable, discontinue use and seek advice.
Is it possible to use the Aneros too much?
We have received no reports of harm caused by overuse of the Aneros. Because the device is operated using the contractions of the sphincter muscle rather than outside force, it is virtually impossible to injure yourself through proper usage. If you become tired or uncomfortable, experience muscle fatigue, or experience other discomfort, discontinue use until a later time.
How soon will I get results?
This varies per individual. Some people experience multiple orgasms during their first session; others may need several sessions before achieving orgasm. The reasons for this variation seem to be related to the physical and mental receptiveness of the user. One thing is certain, however. Practice makes perfect. The quality and quantity of sensations may build up slowly, but this gradual arousal is part of what allows for such extremely pleasurable climaxes The more you use the Aneros, the better and more dramatic the results.
What's the difference between the MGX, the SGX and the Classic?
As compared to the MGX (4.0 inches), the insertion length of the SGX measures approximately 1/2 inch shorter (3.5 inches). The perineum tabs of the MGX and the SGX have been adjusted and contact the perineum approximately 1/2 inch closer to the anus, allowing for more direct pressure. The Classic, our original model, has nodules and a wider-spaced perineum tab. Although the MGX has been newly redesigned based on testing and customer feedback, some men do still prefer the Classic. What do the differences mean? Unfortunately, we do not have any definitive rules for deciding upon which massager is best for any given individual. Ultimately, this has to be a personal decision. People of all sizes and shapes from all over the world have used both, and preferences vary. If a general trend can be identified, the SGX has become more popular in the Asian (primarily Japanese) market, while reviews are inconclusive among other populations.
What is a "Super Orgasm?"
The term "Super Orgasm," or "Super-O" was coined by an expert user of the Aneros. "Super-O" refers to the multiple, non-ejaculatory, full body orgasms that are possible with the Aneros. These orgasms are completely different than traditional orgasms. Because these orgasms are non-ejaculatory, there is no refractory or recovery period that men go through before they can have sex again after traditional intercourse or penile masturbation. This means that men can have "multiple" orgasms one after another that are seemingly continuous when using the Aneros.
How about the "Super Orgasm" ... How soon will I be able to have one of these?
The answer to this question is similiar to the question "How soon will I see results?" above. For some the ability to have Super-Os happens immediately during their first session. For others it can take more time, from a few months to even a year or more. Sometimes all it takes is a position change to trigger a Super-O. Sometimes just a subtle shift.
Others may go down a path of self-discovery in order to attain a Super-O. This is what some users have called the "Journey to the Super-O." Each session with the Aneros results in a better understanding of the man's own body and how much pleasure is tied to the body and mind working together. We've been told by some men who have gone down this path that reaching the Super-O itself wouldn't have had the same personal meaning had they not gone through this learning process.
There is no "book" to achieving a Super-O. We wish there were. What we have learned is that there are many moving variables in effect on the path to the Super-O. What is generally agreed upon is that much depends on the ability to relax while doing the anal contractions. This can be difficult because the path to the Super-O is so different than reaching a traditional penile orgasm. For a traditional penile orgasm, the man pushes and pushes toward the goal of ejaculation. Pushing harder (thrusting faster) can speed up the process. Relxation often only occurs after ejaculation. To reach the Super-O is the opposite as pushing harder actually can impede the process.
What exactly does "hands-free" mean?
"Hands-free" means exactly that -- the Aneros is controlled only by the contractions of the man's rectal muscles. The patented design takes the body's contractions and transfers them into a pivoting action which stimulates the prostate, perineum and anal canal at the same time, all without any manual intervention. This means that a man can use the Aneros solo or comfortably during traditional intercourse as well.
How should I clean the Aneros?
The Aneros is made of non-porous FDA approved materials and can easily be cleaned with hot, soapy water. We recommend cleaning the Aneros before and after every usage.
